The fall season is also associated with the apple harvest. Autumn is also the season of fruits so you can eat a lot of them to nourish your body. Did you know that our body needs fresh fruits and veggies, four up to five serving each day? Fruits and veggies are full of dietary fibers which helps in cleansing our bodies so don’t forget to eat them everyday.

You don’t have to do these exercises alone, you can meet up everyday and do the exercises together. In this way, you and your partner are helping each other to stay motivated and reach both of your goals.
